The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website known as AgentSuccessClub.com. By registering as a member you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We adhere to the Children's Privacy Act. You must be 18 years of age to join or use AgentSuccessClub.com or any of the recommended or linked sites. This site follows the guidelines, policies and laws of the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov). We retain the right to refuse anyone membership in any of our sites.

AgentSuccessClub.com and its owner(s) retain the right to amend, update, or change these terms and conditions at anytime and you agree to be bound by future changes until you cancel your membership.

Limitation of Liability:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM OR ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, SITE DEVELOPERS, ETC BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT MEMBER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THESE SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM OR ITS PARTNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM. SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE AGENTSUCCESSCLUB.COM SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA.

AgentSuccessClub.com does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. AgentSuccessClub.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

AgentSuccessClub.com provides no warranty expressed or implied regarding any of the company's, products or services at AgentSuccessClub.com. Every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our partners, products and services; however you are using these services at your own discretion. We will not now or in the future reimburse you for any reason for any money or time lost when using the AgentSuccessClub.com site.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall AgentSuccessClub.com or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non- performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

License Rights:

You must abide by the licenses provided with each product download where applicable from inside the Agent Success Club area. To clarify the resell and master resell rights terms and conditions each file includes a separate license file that explains what can and can't be done with each product. These terms are in place to protect the value of your investment and we would ask you to respect them and the rights of your fellow members. While it is not our intention to dictate how you should run your business we shall seek to maintain the long term profitability for everyone selling these products by enforcing these terms. If you're unsure or need further clarification on any product or condition please contact us. Failure to comply with these licenses by Agent Success Club membership, its owner or partners could result in your membership through AgentSuccessClub.com being terminated.

Private Label Rights (PLR) Articles:

What you CAN do with Agent Success Club PLR Articles

  • Claim the articles' authorship as your own
  • Make them into eBooks, Autoresponders, special reports etc.
  • Submit them to article directories, as long as you significantly re-write the article (suggested rewrite of at least 30%)
  • Put them on your website(s) & blog(s)
  • Use them in your Newsletters, including Agent Success Club's own Newsletter Generator
  • Pretty much anything other use, for online or offline marketing, that you can imagine (contact us with any questions on use)

What you CAN NOT do with Agent Success Club PLR Articles

  • Submit the articles unchanged to article directories, which protects all of our members. Please, just take a few minutes to change them up!
  • Grant Private Label Rights to anyone else. Only members of Agent Success Club have Private Label Rights to the articles
  • Legally pursue another member for claiming the articles as their own. All members have the right to claim the articles as their own and make changes as they see fit
  • You cannot resell the articles to anyone else

Security:

In registering with Agent Success Club, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and to update that information if and when it changes. If you fail to do so, we have the right to close your account with Agent Success Club without notice. This decision is final.

You agree that when you establish a Username and Password by Agent Success Club, you shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this site through your Username and Password by anyone other than yourself, including but not limited to, keeping such information strictly confidential, notifying the Company immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by another party not under your control and supervision, and by using a Username and Password not easily guessed by a third party.

You agree that you shall not try to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate or otherwise alter any executable code, contents or materials on or received via this site. You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that the Company shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of its other licensors.

Member Conduct:

In general, we do not screen or edit information transmitted or shared by members on our site. However, we reserve the right to monitor and/or remove any objectionable information from our system at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.

To help ensure that everyone's experience at Agent Success Club.com is a positive one, we have certain rules for conduct, which you must agree to in using our site:

You agree to:

  • Follow all of your local, province/state, national and international laws and regulations
  • Be responsible for all information and data that occurs under your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical or other data exported from the country in which you reside

You also agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AgentSuccessClub.com's site or services, others' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to AgentSuccessClub.com
  • Collect information about others without their consent
  • Provide false information on your registration form, impersonate any person living or dead, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about your identity or affiliation with a person or entity or the origin of a message or other communication.
  • Transmit junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited bulk e-mail or duplicative messages.

No Income Guarantee:

AgentSuccessClub.com makes no claim regarding income guarantees or results from using its services or any partner services. You are joining Agent Success Club as a member and if you so desire, you may upgrade to a higher level membership (if offered). However this is not mandatory and you will have complete access to all regular member downloads, resources and information as a regular member.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your Agent Success Club membership through AgentSuccessClub.com at anytime you desire. The act of canceling can be made via email, directly on the AgentSuccessClub.com website, or through PayPal (our payment processor); however, the act of cancelling does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your billing (unless cancelled through PayPal). Cancellation requests must contain your name, username and email address used when joining. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request will not be processed and you are liable for all membership fees until AgentSuccessClub.com receives required information.

Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Agent Success Club membership. In the case that you are not, you may cancel your account and request a refund for the current month's membership fees. Please don't just sign up for an account with the intention of taking everything you can get and then cancelling, expecting a refund. That's bad karma! Yes, you'll get your refund, but you'll have to live with yourself knowing what you did. Instead, why not stay a member and promote Agent Success Club as an affiliate, earning 25% of every referral's membership fees for as long as they remain members? Turn it into a money-making opportunity for yourself... success breeds success, right?

You are agreeing that you are purchasing a membership to Agent Success Club by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with Agent Success Club. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by AgentSuccessClub.com to your PayPal account payment processing listed at AgentSuccessClub.com today or in the future. In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing AgentSuccessClub.com will investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.

Third Party Sites:

You may be transferred to online merchants or other third party sites through links, products or frames from this site. You are cautioned to read such sites' Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policies before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites. These other sites are not under the control of AgentSuccessClub.com, are not monitored or reviewed by AgentSuccessClub.com, and AgentSuccessClub.com is not aware of the contents of such sites. You acknowledge that AgentSuccessClub.com is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the contents or any transmissions received through such sites. You agree that AgentSuccessClub.com and its owner(s) have no liability whatsoever from such third party sites and your usage of them.
